the wall had been defaced by shooting during civil war 1934. all the scars were „molded back“ into metal and placed exatly onto their original spot. in memory of the scars a database with original warsounds were incorporated into the wall. whenever a certain soundlevel in the environment is reached, sounds from the database are beeing triggered and „shot“ into public space.
