canal-net-installation

a video- and audioinstallation in the underground canalsystem of the city of graz. the public had been invited to walk underground along the banks of a canal, while video and audiorecording of water in the context of myths, religion, ecosystem and nature ressources were projected onto the flowing water in the canal. in order with the ecological waterissue water samples from the city’s waterboard were served to the public deep down in the canalsystem and specially designed glasses were given to the participants who have dared to drink water in the dark of the canal.
